We're looking forward to welcoming you to an exciting weekend for talks, posters, and networking.
Saturday 6th The conference will take place in the Main Arts Lecture Theatre, Main Arts Building. Doors will open at 8:30am, to allow for a prompt 9:15am start. Tea and coffee will be provided during the breaks, and a mix of vegetarian and vegan food provided for lunch. If you have any dietary requirements please specify them on the registration form and we should be able to accommodate these. The day of talks and posters will be followed by a drink reception from 5:30 to 7:30pm in Powis Hall. If delegates want to continue socialising and networking after the official end of the conference, we have booked a space at The Blue Sky Bar, which is a 10 min walk away. What Three Words: Main Arts Building - enacts.garage.strutted Blue Sky - narrates.piles.hobby Arriving on Friday 5th If you are participating in a Friday afternoon workshop, please arrive by 1:50pm at the latest in the Management Centre, Hugh Owen Hall, where workshops will take place (2-5pm, D0:08, D2:02,D2:07). Tea and coffee will provided during a workshop break. Please also join us at the Belle Vue Hotel and Pub from 5:30pm where an informal meetup for workshop attendees and early arrivals will be taking place. What Three Words: The Management Centre – trample.deriving.global Belle Vue Hotel and Pub - bandstand.regaining.judges Excursion on Sunday 7th Join us for an excursion to Newborough Warren, a large dune system and a Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI). We will meet at 9:50am outside Pontio Building for a prompt 10am departure by coach. Return will be at ~1pm. Book your tickets during registration. We encourage all RCUK attendees to wear seasonally appropriate festive jumpers for the day or for the drinks reception!
